#MySexySaturday Late Summer Sexy and the power of a song...

Welcome to the 104th week of My Sexy Saturday.

This week’s theme: Late Summer Sexy

No need to explain it but if we did, we’d say think last days on the beach or an island or in the mountains. You know, the end of summer is coming. Sexy is sexy and everyone has their own idea of sexy. If you’re new to My Sexy Saturday, look at the past weeks to get an idea of what we do here.

I think out of all the characters I've written, none do the beach better than Karis & Call

The weather was glorious, a perfect late summer day. The entire gang congregated at the beach for one last hurrah.

It was one of those days when I couldn’t keep my eyes from Karis.  About twilight, she led the charge to jump off the bluff in the buff. And the sight of all that glorious bare skin was about all that I could take.

After she and all the other half-buzzed adventurers had taken the plunge, I stood at the top looking down at them.

“Hey, Call!” She shouted up at me. “Come on in, the water’s fine,” she invited playfully.

“No, thanks.”

“Come on, chicken. Ya got nuthin’ to lose.” I opened my mouth to respond when she finished. “‘Cept your clothes.” She grinned, unashamed, to which I couldn’t help but smirk back. She was so comfortable in her own skin. I wished I had just a little of her don’t-give-a-shit attitude.

Love is crazy, crazy as two kids,
Driving around in a Z28, tryin' to figure out what love is
An off season beach town, boarded up and closed down
With the tourists that all gone home, and we were on that beach alone
Sayin' come on, come on, come on, come on
Come on before the thrill is gone
Can taste the sunlight on your lips
T-shirts off and jeans unzipped

Six pack of beer on a foot print trail
Man that water was cold as hell
Goosebumps on her suntanned skin
Ran full speed and jumped right in
When you're young its how it goes
Nothing to lose except our clothes
And we didn't know any better back then
We just closed our eyes and jumped right in

Memories of Us Blurb:

Call Barstow spent the better part of his teenage years fighting off the sexual advances of Karis Hirt. Gorgeous, wild, promiscuous, and his best friend, Trey’s little sister, to boot. This in the teenage boy vernacular is referred to as pure unadulterated hell!

Determined to keep his friends from his sister, Trey swears all his buddies to a hands-off-the-sister pact, which Call takes very seriously. Call’s pledge is only made more torturous when the sensual little vixen, Karis, is determined to make him break his vow. But his constant rejection only drives her to rebel, leaving her reputation in tatters.

Years later, Karis resurfaces in Call's life—a subdued version of the wild child he remembers. Suddenly the pact doesn’t seem important anymore, nor does her spotty reputation. As Call begins to reconcile the past-and-present Karis, he is inundated with memories of her and soon finds himself head over heels with the girl who consumed his youth.

Can Call not only forget but overlook her shadowed sexual history for a bright new future? Or will Karis’ wild past only lead to their eventual ruin?
